I'm a M.D. who is renting out one of my bedrooms in a 3 bedroom. It has a door that shuts itself off to the bedroom, shower and laundry area. While the bathroom is basic- it is in a gorgeous location at "The Quail" golf course- super quiet, peaceful, and safe. https://www.quaillodge.com/. Your family- when visiting you- can stay at the hotel at Quail golf course if they like. Though that is an independent charge.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully stocked and shared space.
It is fully furnished with ample parking. A cleaner comes 2-4 times per month.
I do have a goldendoodle, so you must like dogs. Sometimes I may have an extra foster dog. Rent includes all utilities. And most likely the lease is month to month. You are welcome to call my previous renters and find out what it is like living here. They transitioned from month to month to longer. I do run a background and credit check, if not military. Also, I do travel a lot and the pet sitter would be around then.
