I'm a teacher in PG and thus gone all day, and I am often away on weekends as well.
Due to early mornings and a big work load, weekday partying is definitely not an option. Also, as an 80-year old house, it has exactly no insulation whatsoever, so if you're working on your drumming skills, yodeling, or tap-dancing (especially after 5pm) it might not be a good fit.
