Middle-Age Movie Friends? 40-60 yr olds only please - 50 (Monterey)
age : 50
Tired of going to movies in theaters alone & not having anyone to chat about it after? It's awards season & haven't see the front runners yet? How about we try to get a movie club going like a book club?
Just a thought on how to possibly meet some casual friends in a town that's so nice to live in but lacks a social scene other than bars.
Prefer outgoing, positive, fun people to carry on 2 way conversations. Prefer singles (couples that would come together ok in hopes of discouraging creepy cheaters looking to score).
***Open to other suggestions as well. Just putting this out there....
Please reply with the name of the last movie you saw in the subject line & a little bit about yourself & your availability in the email. Example:
Last 2 movies I saw were Philomena & Catching Fire.
I'm a middle-aged, single, straight woman originally from the east coast & been here 12+ years. I like to socialize but most of my friends are in relationships &/or have kids so they aren't as available to hang out as they used to be. I like listening to live music & photography as well as movies.
My schedule is pretty flex but prefer not to spend sunny times in dark theaters so I like going on cloudy/foggy days or evenings.
