PAY RATE: $9.50 an Hour
RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to the following testing and data collection.
â€¢ Pasteurizer temperature
â€¢ Freezer temperature
â€¢ Refrigeration temperature
â€¢ Sauce temperature
â€¢ Percent (%) fill weight
â€¢ Dough thickness
â€¢ Net weights
â€¢ Package leak detection
â€¢ MAP atmosphere monitoring (% C02; 02)
â€¢ Sanitizer concentration checks
â€¢ Metal Detector Checks
â€¢ Monitoring all production processes for quality with ability to interpret results
â€¢ Familiarity and understanding of Critical Control Points(CCP's), SOP's and Quality Standards
â€¢ Familiarity with ingredients, processes and finished product disposition.
â€¢ Reporting results to management and alerting of production issues.
â€¢ Understand and follow all GMP's.
â€¢ HS Diploma or equivalent
â€¢ English required, bi-lingual a plus
â€¢ Basic math skills to include calculation of percent and multiplication
â€¢ Good communication skills
â€¢ Detail oriented
â€¢ Responsible, reliable and attention to timelines
â€¢ Ability to lift 40 pounds
â€¢ Excellent personal hygiene
