MSCS is a local, independent nonprofit agency serving people with MS and their families in Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties.

Like most formidable entities, Multiple Sclerosis Community Services originated out of necessity. In 1967, a family member of Salinas resident Adele O�Grady was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Confounded by her lack of knowledge of this mysterious disease and the availability of community resources, Mrs. O�Grady took steps to establish a local agency to assist other area residents diagnosed with MS.

Today, Multiple Sclerosis Community Services, (MSCS) remains a local, independent 501 �(3) agency, providing free programs and services to over 1000 central coast residents afflicted with MS, their families, and care providers. MSCS is not affiliated with the National MS Society, and has no other state or national ties.

Please inquire about our 3rd Annual Wine & Design Fashion show coming on August 24th in Monterey. As a ladies luncheon, there will be lots of fun stuff to bid on, silent auction items, as well as a spend a great afternoon helping for a great cause!

Welcome to the founding of the Ethanol Monterey Co-op. My name is Robert and I recently moved to Pacific Grove from Encinitas, Ca. While in Encinitas I decided to convert my 1967 Volvo 122s to run on E85. The project is almost finished, but where do I get E85? Since moving to PG I have yet to find a source of E85 with in 100 miles.

The intent of this Co-op is:
- To bring together individuals interested in using Ethanol E85 as fuel.
- To promote the selling of E85 on the Monterey Peninsula at local fuel stations.
- To develop a co-op to store, and create E85 ourselves from Municipal food waste or other material.

military structured organization starting for protection from gangs, and other violent threats. there are no race, age, or gender restrictions to join. the only requirement is that you cannot be a member of any law enforcement agency, and you must be willing at any given time, to help protect the organization, and any member under any circumstances, and participate in all required events and activities. and you must follow orders of higher ranking members, unless it is an unlawful order. failure to do these tasks will result in the termination of your membership to the organization. the goal is to get branches operating in every city in the u.s. to help protect people all over the country. so if you are interested please get as many friends as you can together and reply to this post with your contact information. once i get enough people willing to join you will be contacted for the initial meeting so we can all vote on the name of the organization, the colors, uniforms, and logos, so start coming up with ideas and submit them at the first meeting. also everyone will be assigned to a certain company/platoon depending on where you live, and you'll be given a position, and rank too. remember the best protection is protection in numbers. the bad guys aren't afraid of you, but i guarantee they'll be afraid of a couple hundred, or a couple thousand of you. so don't be a nobody, be apart of something. i'll see you all at the first meeting. remember that this is not a criminal organization, this is a defense organization, designed to protect all members from any types of outside threats.
