compensation: salary
Well known Fine Dining restaurant in Carmel area seeking Sous Chef. Candidate must be willing to work in volume environment as restaurant has two hundred plus seats and is fully booked most days for all service seatings.
Candidate should be willing to continue growing and learning a quality oriented Culinary career, schedule is five shift per week both am and pm shifts are available, have background in a quality oriented known entity.
This is a five day per week job except during the holiday season it will shift to six days per week for a few weeks.
