Sous Chef (downtown)

Great opportunity for a young culinary professional with energy and talent to join an ambitious team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, professionally trained and reliable. Must be able to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fine dining environment.

The sous chef will assist the chef and chef de cuisine with food preparation, working the line, ordering, inventory and overseeing the kitchen staff in the chefs absence. Food handler's permit is a plus.

This is a full time position with opportunity for growth. This position offers a stimulating and cheerful workplace. Looking for motivated hard workers with REAL restaurant line cook experience.
