The Cottage-Apartment has a ~ 500 sq. ft. bedroom + bathroom + kitchen and a ~ 430 sq. ft. Living Room-Studio (total ~ 930 + square feet).

Commute from Monterey or Salinas is about 25 miles -- a mostly scenic 45 minute drive. The last 20 min. are after Carmel Valley Village (an 8 miles drive through impressive beauty). We are next to Sky Ranch Estates.

Month-to-month lease (but prefer long term tenant). $1,400/mo. rent includes Air Conditioning in bedroom-kitchen-bathroom, High Speed Via-Sat Satellite Internet, Direct TV, Electricity, Water and Trash. Laundry is available. AT&T Land-phone connection is available, but not included.
